Right now, the options available for the knowledge hub are limited. Providing multiple UX options will help our users to configure the knowledge hub as per their wish

A glossary is a custom dictionary used to consistently translate the customer's domain-specific terminology.

Ability to disable caption generation for all videos

Ability to hide captions for all videos at a global level

By default, all videos will have captions enabled. If the users want to hide captions, they have to go and manually select "hide".
