Limitations in Knowledge Hub Description box

The description box takes just the text input now, spaces or line breaks are not supported.

Option to add articles and guides under recommended section of KB

Ability to add Guides or Articles to the "Recommended Videos" section of the knowledge hub. Highlighting various forms of content, including videos.

Ability to customise the knowledge hub with more options.

Right now, the options available for the knowledge hub are limited. Providing multiple UX options will help our users to configure the knowledge hub as per their wish
