Right now, the options available for the knowledge hub are limited. Providing multiple UX options will help our users to configure the knowledge hub as per their wish

Right now, users have to create collections first in a different place and then add it in knowledge hub. We would like to improve the experience where they can add the content in the same page itself.

Every query that is answered through my knowledge base, can be counted as a support query deflected, and time saved for my support team from answering them. I would like to get analytics on support queries deflected using my KB
